Moodle 4.5 introduces AI services like OpenAI and Azure AI and allows Admins to control where AI functionality appears in Moodle.
A paid subscription to either OpenAI or AzureAI is required.

Actions - Choose and configure the actions that the AI provider can perform on your site, like Generate text, Image and Summarise the text
